With our Global Emergency Services by Assist America. You are protected  24 hours  
a day, 365 days a year when you travel more than 150 kilometers  from home or in
a foreign country.

 

Key Medical Emergency Services provided to the participants* worldwide 24 hours a day:
 
  • Emergency medical evacuation in case of emergency with more than 150 kilometers from your permanent residence or abroad
  • Hospital admission assistance
  • Medical consultation and referral via phone 
  • Compassionate visit services—if a member is traveling alone and will be hospitalized for more than 7 days
  • Care of dependent children left alone due to a medical emergency
  • Medical repatriation
  • Return of mortal remains if participant passes away while traveling

*“Participants” means an insured, spouse and minor children whose age lower than 18 years old.
