Accounts Relationship Manager

Job Purpose/Objective:

Accounts Relationship Manager (ARM) role must be accountable for both revenue and profit target achievements of the business through Affinity Partners by identifying prospects, establishing beneficial opportunities and supporting innovative product. This role is also to develop objectives that can be achieved through our partner’s unique business model, as well as, communicate and liaise with partners and contributing to the creation of annual business plan. Additionally, this position directly impacts core growth, and involves critical components in setting the direction of the company.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Highest level communication skills - written and verbal
  • At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in the financial services field such as insurance, banking, or consumer finance.
  • Work experience in relationship management, direct marketing, or coordinating with related parties is a plus.
  • Previous experience of managing a function
  • Ability to understand the profit drivers of a business and understand how a product will integrate into the daily operation of an organization
  • Marketing experience in large multi-national company

Campaign Management Executive

Job Purpose/Objective:

Campaign Management is mainly responsible for campaign, product development, channel development, or project implementation, and regular business partner administrative tasks including reporting and issues handling. Campaign Management is work with or under one or multiple Account Relationship Manager.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or equivalent position.

Actuarial Executive

Job Purpose/Objective:

To provide actuarial support pertaining to product development and business development projects. Also to provide support in business modeling, experience studies, policy valuation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Finance, or any related fields
  • Preferably with 4-5 years’ working experience.

Actuary Manager

Job Purpose/Objective:

To provide actuarial expertise pertaining to product development and business development projects, including generation of product ideas, product design, profit testing, profitability analysis, participation in the product implementation process, and evaluation of business opportunities. Also to design business modeling, conduct experience studies, ensure compliance with legislative standards, CIGNA guidelines on profitability, suitability of market trends and customer needs, as well as use of capital and risk management. Continuous professional development through participation in professional bodies and external/internal management training.

Key Requirements

  • Product ideas generation according to inputs from various distribution channels, customer needs, market trends and company strategy
  • Product pricing and profitability analysis; communication of results and obtain approval from Chief Actuary/Regional Actuary
  • Product implementation, including the checking of IT system, workflow and reinsurance, and monitor the conformance of actual versus expected results
  • Enhance actuarial software for proper modelling as well as up-to-date with full compliance of legislative and corporate standards
  • Experience and surplus analysis for evaluation of actual business profitability
  • Participation in related professional bodies and meetings to keep abreast of current industry development
  • Represent the Chief Actuary and manage the department in absence of the Chief Actuary

This involves liaising directly with various business units, with local and regional staff and external suppliers to help drive enhancements and functionality changes to Cigna’a Applications Systems that will allow business objectives to be met. They provide business analysis skills to the wider organizations such as documenting business requirements, project management, building implementations plans, writing test plans and the coordination of user acceptance testing. They work closely with other members of the Information Technology Team to help ensure that seamless service and support is provided to both internal and external users at all times

Key Requirements

IT Security Specialist

Job Purpose/Objective:

The Security Specialist responsible for the day-to-day operations of Cigna Thailand Information Technology infrastructure and Computer security specialist will work with employees at all levels of an organization. Managers communicate the organization's needs to computer security specialists. Security specialists also communicate procedures and passwords to users of the systems. Security specialists monitor who is using a computer network. They also send reports of use to various members of the organization for verification. Finally, computer security specialists are responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date backup files of all important data shared on a computer network in Cigna Thailand.

Key Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years relevant networking systems, network security or information technology working experience.
  • Proven track record supporting and working in security areas.
  • Proven track record in supporting multiple systems in a complex environment
  • Life and non-life accident or health insurance industry working experience is a significant advantage.
  • Contact Center experience is an advantage.
  • AS400 experience is an advantage.
  • Some types of certification that are specific to network security specialists include the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications offered by Cisco; Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications offered by ISC2; and Security+ and Linux+ are and advantage.

Customer Value Management Manager

Job Purpose/Objective:

Assist CVM Director for CVM activities in Thailand. This includes all data mining and analytics including predictive modeling, offer optimization, campaign evaluation and other analysis that support marketing management decision making. The position will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer services to retain policy holders and win support of business partners in working with Cigna in the development of predictive models with their data for future decision making.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experienced database marketing, data analysis plus technical expertise in predictive modeling and CRM.
  • Data Warehouse, Database Management skills and ETL process, such as Microsoft Access, Excel and SQL.
  • Strong experienced in Data Analysis & Analytic tool skill, such as SPSS or SAS.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a complex and highly matrixes environment.

System Support

Job Purpose/Objective:

The IT Operation Support is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CIGNA Thailand Information Technology Operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), network equipment, Intranet, Internet, e-mail, workstations, printers, telephone, Call Centre all other hardware and applications software used by CIGNA Thailand.
They are responsible for the Information Technology Support and ensure that adequate support is delivered to all business units in a timely and efficient manner. Handle customer and user requests in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. In addition, project work is to be undertaken as and when directed with best industry practice and CIGNA Thailand standards.

Key Requirements

  • To provide all levels of support to customers and users to help ensure productivity is maximized throughout CIGNA Thailand.
  • To ensure that all assigned maintenance and upgrades of the CIGNA Thailand environment are sustained handling upon the instructions. Careful testing, configuration and implementation should be undertaken inline with best practice.
  • To monitor, control, investigate and resolve the day to day system operations problems with the users in the acceptable response time and provide high quality level of services.
  • To ensure system operations logs / documents are up-to-date and resolve the issue in the appropriate manner and acceptable timeline.

Payroll Staff

Job Purpose/Objective:

Provide payroll service and other personnel administration activities including implement the relevant policies/procedures in the assigned job area(s) such as compensation and benefit, terminations and employee relation to support Department objectives achievement in term of service deliveries, standards, schedules and legal compliance. Keep track on the updated of government labor requirements and report to supervisor the changes that could effect the existing policies/procedures.

  • Process Accurate payroll and make timely registration to bank to meet defined salary issues date
  • Maintain and update monthly employees personal data and daily staffs update information
  • Handle the benefit and welfare activities such as Social Security Fund, Health &Life Insurance, Provident Fund and Workmen Compensation Fund
  • Prepare and follow up "Employee Performance Evaluation Form" to ensure the new employees are appraised before the end of probationary period and provide confirmation letter
