Payment channels -- > CIGNA provides more convenience for our customers to pay premiums with multiples payment channels as follows:
1. Credit cards
2. Direct debit against savings accounts of Krungthai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Bank of Ayudhaya,
Bangkok Bank and Kasikorn Bank

Consent form can be downloaded from the website for filling in information and send back to CIGNA or apply through ATM machine as per instruction below
Instruction for Direct Debit
Payment by direct debit (automatically deducted from savings account) of Bangkok Bank, KBank, BAY, KTB and SCB by completing the attached consent letter and return to CIGNA Insurance PCL or consent via ATM where you have savings account with. Please see instruction below:

1. Insert ATM and input PIN number 2. Select “Other services” 3. Select “Service Application/ Prepaid Mobile Phone” 4. Select “Direct Debit Service” 5. Select Account Type “Savings” 6. Select COMP CODE is “0488” then select “OK” or select “Scan Barcode” 7. Key in Customer No. (Ref.1 in bill payment form) and select “OK”, If select Scan Barcode function please select “Scan Barcode” again and put the bill payment form over the Scan Barcode area in the ATM machine 8. Check all details and select “Confirm” 9. Receive confirmation slip 10. Customer will receive direct debit confirmation letter within 30 days |

Key in Ref 2 (Ref.2 in bill payment form) and select “OK” 11. Receive confirmation slip

(Ref.2 in bill payment form) and select “number is corrected” 9. Key in the amount shown in bill payment form and select “amount is corrected” 10. Check all information/ condition and select “Confirm” 11. Receive confirmation slip |
